Ketchup


Ingredients
  • Tomatoes 2 ½ kg
  • Red vinegar 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 ½ cup
Method
  • Cut tomatoes into small pieces and boil covered for an hour without any water. When soft strain pulp through a sieve, add all the above ingredients and let cook, stirring often till thick. Cool and fill in sterilized bottles.
