Ketchup
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 ½ kg
- Red vinegar 1 cup
- Ginger garlic chopped 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 ½ cup
Method
- Cut tomatoes into small pieces and boil covered for an hour without any water. When soft strain pulp through a sieve, add all the above ingredients and let cook, stirring often till thick. Cool and fill in sterilized bottles.
