Honey Mustard Drumsticks
Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks 1 kg
- Honey ¼ cup
- Dijon mustard ¼ cup
- Soya sauce ¼ cup
- Lemon juice ¼ cup
- Garlic crushed 4 cloves
Method
- Marinate chicken drumsticks with honey, mustard, crushed garlic, soya sauce and lemon juice, overnight or atleast 4-6 hours. Place drumsticks over a wire rack and place a foil-lined tray underneath to catch any drips. Bake at 180 degrees C for an hour, turn half way and baste with marinade.
