Honey Mustard Drumsticks


Ingredients
  • Chicken drumsticks 1 kg
  • Honey ¼ cup
  • Dijon mustard ¼ cup
  • Soya sauce ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Garlic crushed 4 cloves
Method
  • Marinate chicken drumsticks with honey, mustard, crushed garlic, soya sauce and lemon juice, overnight or atleast 4-6 hours. Place drumsticks over a wire rack and place a foil-lined tray underneath to catch any drips. Bake at 180 degrees C for an hour, turn half way and baste with marinade.
