Labneh
Ingredients
- To 500gm yogurt add
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 fresh chopped Red chili
- 1 tbsp chopped dill500g yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 heaping tablespoon honey
Method
- Hang fresh yogurt with salt and let strain for 12-24 hours in fridge in a muslin lined sieve or paneer mould till all water drips out. Add any of the above herbs n make 3 diff types of labneh. To store for a longer time make small balls out of it and place in a jar fill it with olive oil.
- Classic labnehTop with olive oil and add a leafy herb to decorate.
