Labneh


Ingredients
  • To 500gm yogurt add
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 fresh chopped Red chili
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill500g yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 heaping tablespoon honey
 Method
  •  Hang fresh yogurt with salt and let strain for 12-24 hours in fridge in a muslin lined sieve or paneer mould till all water drips out. Add any of the above herbs n make 3 diff types of labneh. To store for a longer time make small balls out of it and place in a jar fill it with olive oil. 
  • Classic labnehTop with olive oil and add a leafy herb to decorate.
