Spicy Devilled Eggs
Ingredients
- Hard boiled eggs 4
- Mustard paste- 1 tsp
- Black pepper, crushed 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
- cream 1 tbsp
- Jalapeno peppers to top
Method
- Take out the yolks of the eggs very carefully and mash well. Add mustard, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, crushed red pepper, cream and fill a piping bag and pipe yolk mixture in the cavity of the egg and top each with a slice of jalapeno pepper and serve chilled.
