Speedy Brownies


Ingredients :
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 ¾ cups flour
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Method :
  • Beat sugar, eggs, oil, flour, vanilla essence, cocoa and salt, fold inthe chips and pour in a greased and lined tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C. Cool and cut in squares and serve.
