Speedy Brownies
Ingredients :
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- 5 eggs
- ½ cup cocoa
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Method :
- Beat sugar, eggs, oil, flour, vanilla essence, cocoa and salt, fold inthe chips and pour in a greased and lined tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C. Cool and cut in squares and serve.
