Cucumber Raita


Ingredients
  • Cucumbers chopped 2
  • Yogurt 3 cup
  • Mint leaves chopped a few
  • Coriander leaves chopped a few
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder a pinch
  • Red chili powder a pinch
  • Chaat masala a pinch
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • Beat the curd until becomes smooth. Add the chopped cucumber and salt. Mix well. Pour this raita in individual bowls. Sprinkle little bit of cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder and chaat masala powder at the time of serving. Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
