Chicken Chaska
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken 1 kg
- Oil few drops
- Butter, unsalted 4 tbsp
Ingredients for Paste
- Garlic, chopped 4 tbsp
- Ginger, chopped 1 tsp
- Red chilies, whole 8
- Salt to taste
- Carom seeds ¼ tsp
- White cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Curd 4 tbsp
- Green onion, chopped 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Tawa Fry Vegetable
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cabbage, chopped 1 cup
- Carrots, chopped ½ cup
- Capsicum, chopped ½ cup
- Salt as per taste
- Black pepper as per taste
- Garlic, roasted 1 tsp
Method for Chicken Chaska
- Cook chicken on a hot tawa with few drops of oil and butter. Make a paste of the ingredients mentioned in a grinder. Then add this paste to the chicken on the tawa, and cook till chicken is done. Remove from heat and serve with tawa fry vegetables.
For Tawa Fry Vegetables:
- Heat oil on a tawa. Add all the vegetables, salt, black pepper and roasted garlic.Stir fry.
