Ingredients
  • Chocolate 4 oz
  • Butter, softened ¼ cup
  • Caster sugar, divided 16 oz
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk ½ cup
Method
  • Melt chocolate in bowl on top of a saucepan on very low heat, stirring constantly; set aside. BEAT butter until creamy. Gradually add the sugar.Add chocolate and vanilla add milk, beating until. Use to frost your cake.
