Creamy Egg Curry
Ingredients
- Eggs, boiled and peeled 5
- Coconut milk 2 cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Green cardamoms 2
- Cinnamon 2 stick
- Cloves 2
- Onion, sliced 1
- Salt to taste
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves, chopped ¼ cup
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Method
- Heat oil. Add cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Add onion, sprinkle salt and saute till onion turns golden brown in color. Add chilies, coriander and ginger- garlic paste. Sauté for two minutes. Add coriander powder, garam masala and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add eggs, coconut milk. Simmer and serve.
