Creamy Egg Curry


Ingredients
  • Eggs, boiled and peeled 5
  • Coconut milk 2 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Green cardamoms 2
  • Cinnamon 2 stick
  • Cloves 2
  • Onion, sliced 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves, chopped ¼ cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Method
  • Heat oil. Add cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Add onion, sprinkle salt and saute till onion turns golden brown in color. Add chilies, coriander and ginger- garlic paste. SautĂ© for two minutes. Add coriander powder, garam masala and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add eggs, coconut milk. Simmer and serve.
