Creamy tomato pasta sauce

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp crushed red chillies
• 2 cloves, garlic, crushed
• 1 tsp black pepper crushed
• 300 ml cream
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cups boiled and drained pasta, to serve with

Method

• Melt butter, add onion, cook till soft, add tomatoes, red chilli crushed and garlic, once cooked add the black pepper crushed, cream and stir in the cheese and cook till cheese melts. Pour over boiled and drained pasta and serve immediately.
