Aloo Bukhara Imly Chutney
Ingredients
- Plums ½ kg
- Water 1 cup
- Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
Method
- Soak plums for a few hours.. in a pan add water, tamarind, red chili
powder, salt, cumin powder, cook till thick and then cool and serve.
