Aloo Bukhara Imly Chutney


Ingredients
  • Plums ½ kg
  • Water 1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
Method
  • Soak plums for a few hours.. in a pan add water, tamarind, red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, cook till thick and then cool and serve.
