Pumpkin Halwa
Ingredients
- Red pumpkin, grated 5 tbsp
- Ghee 2 tbsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Khoya, grated 3 tbsp
- Caster sugar 2 tbsp
- Almonds, chopped for garnish
- Walnuts, chopped for garnish
Method
- Heat ghee, add red pumpkin and sauté till it forms a lump. Add milk stirring continuously. Add khoya and mix. Cover and cook.Add sugar and mix well till sugar blends with rest of the ingredients. Transfer into a serving dish, garnish with nuts and serve hot.
