Chicken Pasta


Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken ,cut into cubes 1 kg
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Coriander, chopped 2 tbsp
  • Garlic, crushed 2 tbsp
  • Jalapeno, chopped 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable stock ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Onion, thickly sliced 1
  • Capsicum, sliced 1
  • Pasta boiled 4 cups
Method
  • Marinate the chicken with soya sauce and salt and refrigerate it for half an hour. Heat one tablespoon butter, add garlic and jalapenos and sautĂ© for two minutes. Add half cup vegetable stock and lemon juice and bring to boil. Remove and grind to a smooth paste. Heat the remaining butter in another pan, add onions and sautĂ© till light brown. Add capsicum, sautĂ© for a minute. Add the marinated chicken and toss. Add pasta and salt and mix well. Add the sauce and let it simmer and serve.
