Chicken Shawarma
Ingredients for Shawarma
- Chicken sliced ½ kg
- Yogurt ¾ cup
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chilies ½ tsp
- Curry powder ½ tsp
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper powder a pinch
- All spice powder ½ tsp
- Paprika ½ tsp
- Lemons (Juice) 2 lemon
- Oil 1 tsp
For the Sauce
Method for Sauce
- Whisk all ingredients and serve with chicken shawarma.
Method for Shawarma
- Marinate chicken slices in the ingredients for atleast 4 hours.Pan fry chicken till dry and serve with pita bread, lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, green chilies, parsley and sauce.
