Malai Kulfi
Ingredients
- Milk 2 cup
 - Condensed milk ½ cup
 - Dry milk powder ¼ cup
 - Caster sugar 2 tsp
 - Ground cardamom ½ tsp
 - Saffron essence ½ tsp
 - Pistachio chopped ¼ cup
 
 Method
- Boil the milk, condensed milk, and dry milk powder. Add the sugar, cardamom, and saffron essence to the boiling milk; reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature; fold the pistachio nuts into the mixture.Pour the mixture into kulfi molds and freeze until solid, overnight.
