Chicken Ras Chawal
Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onion Sliced 1
- Tomato Chopped 1
- Green chilies 3 - 4
- Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic 1 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon Sticks 2
- Cloves 3 - 4
- Cardamoms 3 - 4
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
- Boiled Potatoes( cut into halves) 2
- Coriander Leaves n Mint Chopped as required
- Salt to taste
- Boiled Rice to serve
Method :
- In oil, fry onions. Add in ginger garlic paste, green chillies and tomatoes. Then the masala and all the spices and cook 2 minutes more. Add the chicken and mix well. Add in a little water for the gravy n cover and cook. When chicken is cooked, add boiled potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, coriander leaves, mint and salt. Serve with boiled rice.
