Strawberry Soufflé
Ingred
- Freshly made cottage cheese 1-1/2 cups
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Strawberries (crushed) 3-4 tbsp
- Cream 1/2 cup
Method:
- Combine the paneer and sugar and blend in a mixer till smooth, without using water. Transfer this mixture into a strainer and strain while pressing the mixture with back of a spoon to get a cream cheese mixture. Add the strawberries crushed to it and mix gently. Add the whipped cream and fold gently. Pour into 4 individual bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours or till the soufflé sets. Serve chilled garnished with swirls of whipped cream and strawberry wedges in each bowl / glass.
