Savoury Egg Muffins
Ingredients:
- Mutton mince 1/4 kg
- Spring onion (chopped) 1
- Green chillies (chopped) 3
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 6
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cheddar cheese (grated) 1/2 cup
- In a bowl, add cooked mince, chopped spring onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, garlic powder. Beat eggs with salt and black pepper. Grease a muffin tray and fill them with the mince mixture. Grate cheddar cheese over the mixture. Pour the eggs over them to cover all the mince mixture. Place the tray into the preheated oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or till set and the muffin rises. Serve as a starter, a tea snack or for breakfast.
