Eggless Custard Powder Cake



Ingredients:
  • Flour - 100 grams
  • Vanilla custard powder - 50 grams
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • brown Sugar – 80 grams
  • Milk - 3/4 cup
Method
  • Sift together flour, vanilla custard powder and baking powder. Beat butter, add brown sugar, milk and mix well till sugar dissolved. Add sifted flour and mix well. Pour this into a greased baking dish. Bake at 200 degrees C for 25 minutes or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool.
