Vegetable Yogurt Dip


Ingredients:
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Carrot boiled 1
  • Potatoes boiled and mashed 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Peas boiled 1/2 cup
  • Mint 1/2 bunch
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Red chillies 1 tbsp
  • Salt a pinch
Ingredients for Baghar:
  • Whole red chilies 4
  • Curry leaves a few
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds 4-5
  • Cumin 1 tsp
Method:
  • In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, corn flour, sugar, milk, and salt to taste and beat well. Mix boiled and mashed carrot, boiled and mashed potatoes, and boiled peas. Now add the vegetable mix, red chili flakes, crushed black pepper, green chilies, mint and white cumin and mix. In a frying pan, fry whole red chilies, few curry leaves, roasted fenugreek seeds and cumin in some oil. Add tarka on vegetable yogurt dip and serve.
