Clotted Cream

Ingredients:

• Thick cream 1 cup
• Sour cream 1/3 cup
• Icing sugar 1 tablespoon

Method:

• Whip thick cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the sour cream and icing sugar until just combined. Store in a refrigerator.
