Haray Bharay Mash Dahi Baray


Ingredients For the Batter:
  • Mash flour 250 gm
  • Garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Water 1 cup
For Masala:
  • Yogurt 1 kg
  • Green chillies 10
  • Mint leaves 15
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 2 cups
For Baghar:
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Button red chillies 5
  • Oil 5 tbsp
To make Papri:
  • White flour 1 cup
  • Salt and cumin water ¼ cup
Method:
  • Beat mash flour, garlic paste, salt, and water in a bowl until fluffy. Put it aside for 15 minutes, batter is ready. Blend green chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, and water. Mix blended ingredients with yogurt. Now, on medium heat, fry pakoras till golden brown. Dip the fried pakoras in tape water for 30 seconds, take out and arrange in a platter. Pour prepared yogurt masala on pakoras. To prepare baghar, heat oil, add cumin seeds, button red chillies and fry. Pour baghar on the platter and garnish with papri. 
  • To prepare papri, mix white flour with salt and cumin water to make hard dough. Make small balls and flat with hands. Fry on slow flame.
