Vegetable Patties


Ingredients:
  • Puff pastry as required
  • Potatoes (cubed) 3
  • Green peas ½ cup
  • Carrot 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilies crushed 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Method:
  • Put all the ingredients to boil. When water evaporates, mash the boiled vegetable to make the filling. Add Cheddar Cheese in the end. Make pasties from the puff pastry, stuff it with vegetable filling and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
