Malai Masala Chicken
 

Ingredients:
  • Chicken boneless ½ kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • Green chilies chopped 3–4
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Papaya paste 3 tbsp
  • Aluminum foil as required
  • Salt to taste
Method:
  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees centigrade. Cut boneless chicken into cubes, marinate with salt to taste, 2 tbsp lemon juice and 3 tbsp raw papaya paste. In another bowl mix together 250 gm thick yogurt, ½ cup fresh cream, 1 tsp all spice, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp crushed cumin, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp nutmeg mace powder, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and 3 – 4 green chilies. Now coat marinated chicken with yogurt mixture. Put 3 to 4 cubes of marinated chicken in each aluminum foil piece. Wrap and make in to packet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes. Remove in a platter, garnish with onion rings, lemon wedges, and mint leaves. Serve with raita.
