Fried Wontons
Ingredients:
- Samosa strips as required
- Chopped/minced chicken or shrimps ½ kg
- Egg white 1
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tsp
- Finely chopped spring onion (green only) a few
Method:
- Mix all of the above ingredients and keep aside for an hour or so for the flavours to blend. Then use samosa strips cut into squares and fill each square with a little filling and fold it and stick the ends with a little mix of cornstarch and water. Deep fry the wontons and enjoy!
