Easy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

• Chocolate 1 cup
• Boiling water 5 tbsp
• Eggs (separated) 4

Method:

• Beat egg yolks, add in chocolate melted and boiling water. In a bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture gently. Pour the mousse into glasses and chill in refrigerator until set.
