Liver Jalfrezi


Ingredients:
  • Liver ½ kg
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Onions diced 2
  • Crushed dry Kashmiri chillies 2
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Green chilli chopped 1
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 small piece
  • Cumin powder 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves a few
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
  • Lightly dry roast the crushed pepper and cumin seeds on a pan and keep aside. Heat oil, add the crushed dry Kashmiri chillies and the diced onions and crushed garlic and green chilli and sauté until onions get golden brown. Add the diced liver pieces stir, add diced tomatoes, and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add the masala roasted earlier and let it cook for few minutes or until liver is cooked.
