Ingredients

• Yogurt 1/3 cup
• Mayonnaise 1/3 cup
• Milk 2 tbsp
• Lemon juice ½ tsp
• Onion, grated 1 small
• Garlic crushed 1 clove
• Spring onion greens 1 tbsp
• Salad to serve with

Method

• Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Serve with salad greens.
