Ingredients
- Soak the lobia overnight with a pinch of soda. Drain water next day wash well and keep aside. Heat oil. Add the onions and fry till golden. Add coconut, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, dhansaak masala, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and sauté, add the lobia, salt and tomatoes and let cook till tender and done. Garnish with coriander and serve.
