Coleslaw
Ingredients
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Caster sugar 1/3 cup
- Milk ¼ cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 ½ tbsp
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Shredded cabbage 2 cups
- Grated carrots ½ cup
- Onion grated 1 small
Method
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.Toss the cabbage, carrots, and onion into the dressing; mix well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
