Coleslaw


Ingredients
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Caster sugar 1/3 cup
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 ½ tbsp
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Shredded cabbage 2 cups
  • Grated carrots ½ cup
  • Onion grated 1 small
Method
  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.Toss the cabbage, carrots, and onion into the dressing; mix well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
