Greek Salad
 

Ingredients

  • Iceberg lettuce, torn 1 Head
  • Cucumber, halved and sliced 1
  • Tomatoes, cut into wedges 4
  • Spring onions, sliced 8
  • Black olives 10
  • Feta cheese, diced 100 gm
  • White vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black peppercorns, freshly ground 10 – 12
  • Crusty bread to serve with
Method

  • Place the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, olives and cheese in a large bowl. Whisk the vinegar and olive oil together in a small bowl. Add the salt and freshly ground peppercorns. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to mix. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
