Fried Chicken Strips


Ingredients
  • Chicken boneless (strips) 1 kg
  • Eggs 2
  • Evaporated milk 1 can
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Ground black pepper 2 tsp
  • Garlic chopped 2 tsp
  • Onion chopped 2 tsp
  • Flour 2 ½ cups
  • Oil for frying
Method
  • Mix together the eggs and milk. Add half the salt, pepper, garlic chopped, and onion chopped or grated. Set aside. Sprinkle a dash of the remaining salt, pepper, garlic and onion onto both sides of the chicken pieces. Heat the oil. dip the chicken strips into the egg/milk mixture then coat with flour and deep fry.
