Fried Chicken Strips
Ingredients
- Chicken boneless (strips) 1 kg
- Eggs 2
- Evaporated milk 1 can
- Salt 2 tsp
- Ground black pepper 2 tsp
- Garlic chopped 2 tsp
- Onion chopped 2 tsp
- Flour 2 ½ cups
- Oil for frying
Method
- Mix together the eggs and milk. Add half the salt, pepper, garlic chopped, and onion chopped or grated. Set aside. Sprinkle a dash of the remaining salt, pepper, garlic and onion onto both sides of the chicken pieces. Heat the oil. dip the chicken strips into the egg/milk mixture then coat with flour and deep fry.
