Caramel Vanilla Cups
Ingredients for Custard
- Milk ½ liter
- Sugar ½ cup
- Corn starch 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Egg yolk 1
- Yellow food color few drops
Ingredients for Base
- Plain cake ½ Ib
- Orange marmalade 1 tbsp
- Milk ½ cup
Ingredients for Crunch
- Candy biscuits / Praline 1 cup
- For Topping
- Cream 1 packet
- Icing sugar as required
- Yellow food color 3 drops
- Sprinkles to decorate
Method for Custard
- Boil milk, add sugar and corn flour. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon over medium low heat, until the custard thickens. Lastly add vanilla essence with yellow color and mix well. Remove from fire and keep aside.
