Caramel Vanilla Cups


Ingredients for Custard
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Corn starch 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Yellow food color few drops
Ingredients for Base
  • Plain cake ½ Ib
  • Orange marmalade 1 tbsp
  • Milk ½ cup
Ingredients for Crunch


  • Candy biscuits / Praline 1 cup
  • For Topping
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Icing sugar as required
  • Yellow food color 3 drops
  • Sprinkles to decorate
Method for Custard
  • Boil milk, add sugar and corn flour. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon over medium low heat, until the custard thickens. Lastly add vanilla essence with yellow color and mix well. Remove from fire and keep aside.
