Potato Cream Cheese Soup


Ingredients:
  • Chicken cubes 2
  • Onion (diced) 1 (large)
  • Potatoes (peeled and cubed) 2 (large)
  • Cream cheese 8 oz
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
Method:
  • Combine chicken cubes, onion, and potatoes. Add water. Cook until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat and blend until smooth. Pour mixture back to the pan. Add cream cheese and stir over medium heat until melted. Pour into bowls and serve garnished with chopped parsley.
