Banana Ice Cream


Ingredients:
  • Very ripe bananas 2
  • Sugar 7 tbsp
  • Milk 150 ml
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Cream 150 ml
Method:
  • Puree bananas and sugar in a blender. Add milk, vanilla essence and cream. Put mixture into an airtight box and freeze. Once half frozen, beat up using a fork so no ice crystals form and serve.
