Chicken Fingers


Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast 2
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
For Batter:
  • Flour 1-1/4 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Water as required
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
  • Marinate chicken breasts cut into fingers with salt, black pepper and mustard powder, dip in prepared batter, coat well in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil. 
  • To prepare batter, in a bowl mix together flour, eggs, corn flour, baking powder, milk, oil, salt, black pepper with water.
