Chicken Fingers
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast 2
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Bread crumbs as required
For Batter:
- Flour 1-1/4 cups
- Eggs 2
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Water as required
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken breasts cut into fingers with salt, black pepper and mustard powder, dip in prepared batter, coat well in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
- To prepare batter, in a bowl mix together flour, eggs, corn flour, baking powder, milk, oil, salt, black pepper with water.
