Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast fillets 1/2 kg
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed Black pepper 3/4 tsp
- Garlic paste 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1-1/2 tbsp
- Peri Peri sauce 3 tbsp
- Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
- Fries to serve
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, crushed black pepper, garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, oil, lemon juice, salt, paprika, peri peri sauce and meat tenderizer at least for 2 hours. Grill it in very little oil till done. Do not overcook. Serve with fries.
