Grilled Chicken


Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast fillets 1/2 kg
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed Black pepper 3/4 tsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Paprika powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Peri Peri sauce 3 tbsp
  • Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
  • Fries to serve
Method:
  • Marinate the chicken with soya sauce, crushed black pepper, garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, oil, lemon juice, salt, paprika, peri peri sauce and meat tenderizer at least for 2 hours. Grill it in very little oil till done. Do not overcook. Serve with fries.
