Chicken Sajji


Ingredients:
  • Chicken (with skin) 1
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Salt 2 tbsp heaped
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Vinegar 3/4 cup
  • Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
  • Chat masala as required
Method:
  • In large pan fill water and add chicken. Leave it for 1 hour. Then add lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste and vinegar to it. Again leave for 1 hour. After half an hour add meat tenderizer and leave the chicken for another 15 minutes. Then remove chicken from water and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour. Sprinkle the chicken with chat masala and lemon juice
