Peri Peri Rice
Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 3 cups
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Peri Peri sauce 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Onion chopped 2 tbsp
- Tomato deseeded and chopped 1
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Capsicum deseeded and chopped 1
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat oil, add chopped onions. Stir fry and add the ginger garlic paste, boiled rice, soya sauce, peri peri sauce, salt and white pepper. Lastly add capsicum and tomato cubes and mix them. Simmer and serve.
