Chicken Sausage Chowder
Ingredients:
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Sausages (cubed) 2
- Onion (chopped) 1
- Chicken breast (chopped) 1
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Potato (cubed) 1
- Carrot (cubed) 1
- Corn 1 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat oil. Add onions; sauté until translucent. Add chicken and cook till done. Add the sausages and potato next. Add water and milk; allow boiling for 5 minutes. Add carrot and corn. Dissolve corn flour with little cold water, add to the pot. Let chowder simmer until thick and then serve immediately.
