Chicken Sausage Chowder


Ingredients:
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Sausages (cubed) 2
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Chicken breast (chopped) 1
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Potato (cubed) 1
  • Carrot (cubed) 1
  • Corn 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Method:
  • Heat oil. Add onions; sautĂ© until translucent. Add chicken and cook till done. Add the sausages and potato next. Add water and milk; allow boiling for 5 minutes. Add carrot and corn. Dissolve corn flour with little cold water, add to the pot. Let chowder simmer until thick and then serve immediately.
