Chicken Pepper Steak
 


Ingredients:
  • Chicken breasts 2
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
  • HP sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
To Serve with:
  • Baked potato 1
  • Steamed vegetables
For Pepper Sauce:
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tsp
  • HP sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Stock 1/2 cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
Method:
  • For Pepper Sauce: Heat butter, put flour, salt, crushed black pepper and stock and cook until thick. Lastly add cream and rosemary. 
  • For Steak: Marinate chicken with all ingredients. Heat 1 tbsp oil and grill chicken for 10 minutes until it is ready. Then add pepper sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Remove in a sizzler plate already heated directly on stove. Serve with baked potato and steamed vegetables.
