- Chicken breasts 2
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- HP sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Baked potato 1
- Steamed vegetables
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Flour 2 tsp
- HP sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Stock 1/2 cup
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
- For Pepper Sauce: Heat butter, put flour, salt, crushed black pepper and stock and cook until thick. Lastly add cream and rosemary.
- For Steak: Marinate chicken with all ingredients. Heat 1 tbsp oil and grill chicken for 10 minutes until it is ready. Then add pepper sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Remove in a sizzler plate already heated directly on stove. Serve with baked potato and steamed vegetables.
