Fusion Chicken with Crispy Finger Chips 
 

Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken Cubes ½ Kg
  • Oil 2 ½ tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
Method

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger/garlic paste, chili powder, salt and chicken. Cook for 10 – 15 minutes. Add all the sauces and cook till done.Garnish with crispy finger chips and serve with rice.
