Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients
- Flour 1 ½ cup
- Cocoa Powder 2 ½ tbsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 1 cup
- Oil 5 tbsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Vanilla/chocolate essence 1 tsp
Method
- In a bowl, add oil, vinegar, sugar, vanilla essence, lukewarm milk and beat until sugar dissolves. Add the dry ingredients and fold it gently.Spoon cupcake batter into cupcake tin. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
