Mocha Nut Fudge
Ingredients
- Sugar 450 gm
 - Cream 1 ¼ cup
 - Butter 1 ¼ cup
 - Strong black coffee 2/3 cup
 - Chocolate 8 oz
 - Walnuts, chopped 1 cup
 
 Method
- Combine sugar, cream, butter, coffee, stir until coffee dissolves. Add chocolate and let melt. Let boil till 114 degrees C on a sugar thermometer. Stir in the nuts. Remove from heat and beat till it begins to thicken. Immediately pour in a 8 inch square dish and let cool and then cut in squares. Wrap in individual cling pieces or colorful cellophane paper.
