Heaven in a Glass 


Ingredients
  • Dark cooking chocolate 200 gm
  • Cream 200 gm
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Mixed fruit cocktail 1 cup
  • Nuts (chopped & roasted) ½ cup
  • Cornflakes roasted 2 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  • Gelatin 1 tsp
  • Chocolate spread 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate sauce as required
  • Apricots jam 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate grated 1 tbsp
Method
  • Melt the chocolate and milk together and stir until smooth. Cool the sauce. Then melt the gelatin with 1 tsp water and cool. Add to the cream mixed with icing sugar. Slowly add the chocolate mix. In a tall glass, coat the sides with chocolate sauce. Then pour 1/2 of chocolate mix and chill in fridge until set. Then add the chopped fruits keeping a few pieces aside. Add some chocolate spread, nuts and cornflakes. Make a second layer of chocolate mix. Then repeat with fruits and nuts. Melt the jam and pour over the top. Decorate with grated chocolate and chill until set. Serve cold.
