Chocolate Mint Fudge

Ingredients

• Chocolate, chopped 500 gm
• Condensed milk 400 gm
• Butter 60 gm
• Mint essence 1 tsp

Ingredients for Decoration

• Milk Chocolate, melted 100 gm

Method

• Melt choc, condensed milk and butter till smooth. Keep stirring. Remove from heat and add essence. Mix. Spread in a greased square pan and refrigerate till set. Cut in squares or triangles when set. Drizzle or pipe milk chocolate on the squares. Refrigerate till set.
