Agar Agar Dessert

Ingredients:

• China grass 2 tbsp
• Milk 1 litre
• Rose water 2-1/2 tbsp
• Caster sugar 5 tbsp

Directions:

• For exact quantities of the ingredients, closely watch the show. Boil half a liter of water and dissolve sugar and China grass. Once the grass is completely dissolved, add milk and rose water and cook till milk comes to boil. Refrigerate the desert. Garnish with cream and serve chill.
