Ferrero Rocher Cake


Ingredients:
  • Eggs 5
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Finely ground hazelnuts 1/2 cup
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder 3 tbsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates to garnish
  • Milk as required
for Frosting:
  • Nutella 1 cup
  • Icing sugar 1/4 cup
  • Butter 1/4 cup
  • Ferrero Rocher chocolates
Method:
  • Sift the dry ingredients and keep them aside. Mix sugar into the eggs and beat well until thick. Fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture until well combined. Grease the pan and bake the cake at 180 degree C for 20-25 minutes. For frosting, mix the butter with sugar until light and fluffy, mix in the nutella and beat for 3 minutes. Crush the Ferrero Rocher chocolates and fold them in the frosting. Spread the frosting on the cake and top it with some Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
