Cake Pops


Ingredients:
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Cocoa 4 tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 250 grams
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla/chocolate ice cream
  • Milk as required
For Decoration:
  • White/plain chocolate as required
  • Food colors or sprinkles as required
Method:
  • Sift all the dry ingredients in a big bowl. Beat the butter with sugar until light and fluffy and add the vanilla essence. Add the eggs one by one into the butter mixture and mix. Now fold the flour mixture into the wet mixture. Pour in a bit of milk if needed, according to the consistency. Grease the pan and bake at 180 degree C for 20-25 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. 
  • After cake is baked, crush it into the food processor, add the ice cream, and mix it well. Make the cake into small balls and keep them aside. Melt chocolate and dip the sticks into the chocolate and then into the ball and then refrigerate for 5 minutes. After they are cooled, dip the whole chocolate cake ball into the melted chocolate one by one and decorate with sprinkles.
