Strawberry Ice Cream


Ingredients:
  • Sliced strawberries 10 oz
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cream 2/3 cup
Method:
  • Combine the frozen strawberries and sugar in a food processor. Process until the fruit is roughly chopped. With the processor running, slowly pour in the cream until fully incorporated. Freeze and serve in scoops with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
